Since 2014
Why Miami Soluções
Miami Soluções has helped Brazilians with companies, accounting and immigration in the United States since 2014. We've served thousands of clients over the years — always focused on the Brazilian community, whether they're still in Brazil and want to open an American company remotely, or already in the United States and need ongoing support.
We work across three areas that, in practice, go hand in hand for most of our clients: opening and maintaining companies, accounting, and connecting clients with licensed attorneys for immigration and visa matters. That means you don't need to find three different providers and explain your situation three times.
How it works
What to expect from your first contact
1. Initial conversation
You reach out on WhatsApp and tell us what you need — no long forms.
2. Understanding your goal
We explain the real options for your situation — including when the answer is "this doesn't apply to you."
3. The right next step
You proceed with the Miami Soluções service that fits, or get referred to a partner attorney when the case is legal in nature.
Opening a company in the United States does not guarantee a visa, Green Card or work authorization. These are legally separate processes: owning an American company does not, by itself, grant the right to live or work in the US. That doesn't mean opening a company and immigration never connect — in some cases, like the L-1 visa, there's a real relationship — but that relationship has specific requirements and isn't automatic.
