About Miami Soluções

Miami Soluções has helped Brazilians with companies, accounting, and immigration in the United States since 2014. Thousands of clients have been served over the years — always in Portuguese, always focused on the Brazilian community.

What we do

We serve two groups: Brazilians still in Brazil who want to open an American company, study, or understand their options for eventually relocating; and Brazilians already in the United States who need a company, accounting, or support with immigration questions. In both cases, service is provided in Portuguese, by people who understand the reality of those on the other side of the process — whether geographically or culturally.

How we work

Our services cover forming and maintaining companies in the US, ongoing accounting, and initial immigration guidance, with a connection to licensed partner attorneys for cases that require individualized legal advice. Miami Soluções is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation — we make that clear in all of our communication, because we believe transparency about what we do (and don't do) is part of doing this right.
